Kegel
Can this be used as a kegel exercisor?

Best kegel exercise toy
What is your favorite kegal toy and why?

Kegel Exerciser?
Has anyone tried multiple types of kegel exercisers? Which were your favorite and/or the most effective?

Playful party balloons
does the design stay in tact or does it crack like most other types? Also, $6 for 8 balloons is pretty steep!

Smartballs Teneo Duo Question
Is this really just a thin piece of silicone holding these two balls together? Or is it silicone coated cord? Does anyone know?

Smart Balls are very nice, but you get more options with the Luna Balls...you can mess around with different weights, which might be helpful if you are trying to increase the strength of the pelvic muscles.

I'd rate the Luna ones as best, just because of the adjustability...But Smart Balls are certainly very good too ))

I have no experience with Smart Balls, but as per Luna pleasure bead system- they are very effective vaginal exercisers.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE my smart balls, and prefer them over everything else. I've even vacuumed in them. But that's just me

I want to bump this post as I just got the Luna Beads, love them, and want to know if it's worth it to get the Smart Balls too or not.

Epiphora-I have both, and truthfully I prefer the Luna beads. Smart balls are comparable in size and in materials, however the Luna beads inner balls provide much more sensation, at least for me...

For me, the inner balls don't do a whole lot. So I think I might be the opposite. I think the Smart Balls would more than suffice.

Thanks for your input! Do you know why that is? What are the balls inside the Smart Balls like?

From what I gather. the Smart Balls are renowned for being "silent" (per their site)

I think the inside of the balls has some kind of buffer that tones down the noise, and also tones down the sensations.

Smart Balls are great, the price is good, and elastomed is a great material...but the Luna Bead system is my fave....

Smart Balls are great, ... more
Thanks Betty! i'll probably still get them at some point because I'm just too curious and want to have an opinion, but that info helps a lot.

I'd like to shamelessly bump this instead of starting a whole new thread on the same thing. It seems like the jury is undecided on this; does anyone have anything else to add?

I'm in a similar predicament. Lol I will be sure to post back after I've tried them, but I'm having the hardest time figuring out which are better: smart balls or weighted ben wa? I want the move around inside me wonderful feeling that I hear about and I am highly interested in the smart balls, but they don't seem like they would move around or provide much pleasure while wearing. Anyone have any suggestions on that point? I've not really asked around because I know some people get really tired of seeing all the questions about balls. hee hee. Lol. I just don't want to add to the confusion so I thought since we were on the subject?

I haven't tried either - the Emigi is the only exerciser I've got currently. But a friend of mine has the Luna Beads, and she really likes them.
