lol this is a good question. It will be interesting to see everybody's answers. My biggest toy is maybe 6 inches and it is a g-spot vibrator.

I don't even keep track of the length of toys I buy or own, I only pay attention to girth. Length isn't a big deal to me. Whatever size it happens to be is usually perfectly fine. I prefer dildos for gspotting most of the time anyway, so only a few inches are in use.

I just got the purple bunny that's offered as a free gift right now on orders over $70 am that thing looks huge to me, it's my biggest toy, but I can't remember the length off the top of my head. I'm a little scared to use it lol

We have a soft silicone dildo that measures 10.5" x 2.5". I've only been able to use it once - and only for a short time. It's certainly an aspirational toy
We also have an 8" long silicone dildo that's a bit firmer (not hard) than the one above. The mid-shaft taper maxes out at 2.5" - another aspirational toy that gets infrequent use
