I've been thinking of getting a vaginal exerciser for a while and had been looking at the Smart Balls, but now that the Ami has come out I am leaning towards that. I am curious as to which would be better, and which would not only work the best but also be the most enjoyable to wear.

The Ami is a set of 3 and are completely smooth so you should have no problem finding at least one that works well for you, whereas the smart balls are on the larger side and some people find the nub that holds the cord on the bottom uncomfortable.

I like the choices with Ami. I had Smart Balls...I was not in love. Like many others I had issues with them being too long.

I'd pick the Ami. One looks similar to the Emigi, which I like.

I voted for Ami. I have SmartBalls and rarely use them. I don't have any problems with the length, or keeping them in for that matter. In fact, I think they are too big for me and don't exercise my kegels because I definitely don't have to work to hold them in place.
I've been eying the Ami for some time now, and I think it offers a lot more options as far as actually exercising your kegel muscles.

I have both, and I actually USE my Ami. I like the middle one best, the one that's 2 smaller balls. The SmartBalls don't seem to fit me as well, although I really should dig them out and see if I like them better now. I haven't tried the Lelo balls, though, and I really want to.

Ami is your best bet because it's a 3 in 1 product... so there's a better chance that they'll suit more people.

Most women complained that the smart balls were too light and too wide to really successfully exercise your kegels. I LOVE my Ami. I just graduated to the second one today which started to fall out if I was walking around too long and stopped paying attention to it (going commando in sweat pants probably wasn't helping). The stimulation in them also inspires me to salsa dance and do all kinds of weird things when people aren't looking in order to get those babies rockin. They've gone soooooo far beyond my expectations.

the smart balls are huge and would be good if you did something traumatic, like giving birth. i think the ami would be better suited for a woman who just wants to tighten their muscles (and has not given birth or whatever)
