Should I even bother with a vaginal exerciser?

Contributor: Kikui Kikui
I am considering getting the Smart Balls or some other sort of kegel/vaginal exerciser, but my PC muscles already seem to be pretty strong. Supposedly, it's possible for those muscles to get too strong, and I can already stop peeing midstream easily. So I know they're strong already. Do you think I could still get them a lot stronger without overdoing it, or am I near my peak in vaginal muscle tone?

I haven't tried them, I have trained myself to exercise my vaginal muscles on my own. However I have heard from others that they really do not make a difference.
