What's your experience with Ben Wa balls?

I have difficulty with using them, I suppose I should read a book or watch a video or something. I usually end up getting so wet that they slide out, which I'm sure is when I'm supposed to tighten my muscles again - or something like that.

My results were not so bad with them. I do prefer something more like LELO's Pleasure Beads and I know a lot of people have outstanding things to say about SmartBalls.
What material were the ones you tried? Were they glass or metal and therefore more slippery? There are other types made out of things like silicone which offer a bit more drag so they might not slide as easily. Also, the Pleasure Beads are quite a bit larger than the glass balls I have. (link)

I've heard of them, but I haven't used them at all. I would be interested in trying them out, though.

I've used the smartballs. I find after a bit I forgot they are there and when they vibrate sometimes I think I am having bowel issues and by the end of the day I almost feel crampy. I don't know if the cramps are due to "exercising" all day or not. I wish they were a bit heavier so I would feel them more. I look forward to the Vanity Duo Balls. They would get my attention!

I have a set of glass balls and just ordered Lelo's pleasure bead system. I has another set before that was cheap to see if i like them. And, I do! They remind me to work my kegels and I have seen an improvement in the strength of my orgasms. Try a cheap set and see how you feel.

I used LELO's Pleasure Beads. I have no idea if they're strengthening my kegels, and I don't really care. Mostly I just like the way they feel rolling around in there while I go about my business.
