I haven't used anything besides the EF toy wipes, and I love them.

I've used a few cleaners and still feel like soap and water is the best option.

Antibacterial soap and water or EF toy wipes are my go to methods.

Using Climax Burst for a long time. Works great for all materials, leaves a light citrus/flowery smell and we have no problems with toys the wife and I share. Plus it leaves a nice shine on glass, silicone and stainless.

I hear pretty awesome stuff about the climax. Though I haven't used it yet. I use the Doc Johnson Antibacterial cleaner spray and mind you, I've used that for the last 10 years that I have owned toys and not once got any type of infections or anything. So I guess it works pretty well lol
