While the Fetish Fantasy Elite douche is made from a safer material, it does not really do a good job of cleaning much at all. I can't speak for the Colt anal douche as I don't own that one but the material isn't as safe to use and could cause an allergic reaction to those with a latex allergy.

I voted for the Colt, but only because that's the only one I have experience with. The Fetish Fantasy one looks ok, but what concerns me is that the nozzle screws on, and the fact that the cleansing holes are on the sides of the nozzle. Seems to me like they could get plugged easily and be a hassle to get clean. Although, it looks like the FF one might be easier to use by yourself - the Colt has a VERY sturdy bulb that can be difficult to squeeze at times. However, my Colt has lasted me for nigh on 2 years now, and I love it! =)
