W/we have been eyeballing the 2.OH, because of the convenient batteries and charging. (AAA and USB as I remember, you can manage both easily even in a grid down situation with the right chargers.)
But so far We-vibe 3 is what W/we have, and W/we are very satisfied with it. Versatile, powerful enough for my Baby, rechargeable, and I can control it with the remote. Small enough to wear anywhere, and very comfortable as my Baby says.

The Club Vibe 2 seems to be the best quality for the price. It also seems to have more interesting functions than the other higher priced toy that you listed. Because of that, it's what I'd get out of your three choices!

I have the Club Vibe and it works so so the panties that came with it are pretty cute too

The club vibe 2.0. I had the original club vibe panties and liked them alright. Lost the controller the first night I used them though but def a fun time. The 2.0 version looks improved from the original so I would give those a shot.
