We got the womanizer pro 40. It's lower priced ,but delivers multiple O's. I've yet to read a bad review on any of the Womenizer s anywhere. I got mine on a buyout about 2 years ago and did a review. You can read it on the Pro 40 product page or find it on my page.
Mine only sucks no vibrations but after a learning curve, always delivers. It can happen in matter of minutes too. I do prefer this now over cunningly. It's less messy.
O's from a wand are more pleasurable though.

We have the Pro 40 and the newer Premium - she loves both of them. I agree with OHW the Pro 40 is the better deal.
Not having a clit, I can't comment on the modalities - but I gather there is a suction action - not vibrations.
As a result it takes a bit of practice to figure it out - but once you do, I'm pretty sure you will love it - hint - you have to use lube for it to work effectively.
I should add that my wife's new favorite is the Zumio - it makes almost no detectable sound - but it is so intense that you have to be careful not to get too close to your clit - it can be painful! But like many toys, once you figure it out - it's worth the investment

I'm absolutely pumped to try out the new Womanizer that has been out for some time. The InsideOut is a whole new take on the Womanizer concept.
It uses the same oral imitation technique on the clit, while providing fulfilling G-spot stimulation at the same time. Pretty cool, huh? Did anyone manage to try it already? I'm dying to know how well it works.
