I like the purple one. I have the elephant version and it works really good.

If you like the metal one be sure to measure carefully before buying. Use a piece of string and mark where it overlaps when tight (not to tight) and then measure from mark to mark. This will give you the circumference, divide by 3.14 and that will give you diameter. Measure three or four times over a couple of days to get a good average. For some good reasons why check out this thread on cock ring emergency's.

Also, no matter which you by limit use to 30 min or so with an hour in between to prevent injury. This is if you have it good and tight to provide girth and firmness to your cock.

I would highly recommend against a metal cock ring until you two have actually used a cock ring first. Metal ones can be more "difficult" to wear and take off and are a lot harder to get off in case of a "this is uncomfortable" emergency. Go with one of the jelly/stretchy jelly ones. I normally like to recommend the Screaming O series, but that isn't one of your choices up there.

I have to agree with Jimbo the commander seems like it'd be way better and wouldn't have to be adjusted during sex. As for the metal cock rings I would stay away from those until you are very skilled with rings.

Metal (or anything else rigid) is a bad choice for a first ring. Go with something stretchy.

Another consideration is whether you want something to be worn on the cock only, or something which will go around cock and balls.

I've enjoyed cock rings similar to these to put around my cock only. I've used some rings similar to these, too. They're really stretchy, and work either around just the cock or on cock and balls.

If and when you do decide to go with a rigid ring (which will definitely go around both cock and balls), you'll want to be sure to figure out the exact size you need. A set of rings such as these can be helpful in determining the right size to go around your cock and balls. These aren't very stretchy, so they're pretty good for determining your size. (I use these occasionally, but only right after I've shaved. For some reason these tend to move around and tug on my pubic hair, which the stretchier ones don't seem to do.)

I only have one metal ring, and it's way too small. One of my testicles is bigger than the other, and it doesn't really fit through the metal ring. (Luckily the ring was free, so I didn't waste any money. But I'd certainly measure twice before buying one!)

As for vibrating rings, some people like them and others don't. My girlfriend and I used to use them quite a bit, back when we used to have one that she absolutely adored. But it eventually wore out and we've never been able to find a replacement that she likes. Many just don't manage to hit her clit, or they have vibrations which are too high pitched for her.
