None of us are doctors - at least to my knowledge - so the safest way to find out would be to consult a professional. If you have concerns, a forum thread would never be as helpful as a trained medical specialist can be.
Using simple logic, I would say that Viagra and cock ring combination shouldn't put you at any health risks unless the ring is too tight. But I guess looking for a proper penis ring size that won't choke you is pretty much "Safe Sex Toys Use 101"

I concur with GingerAnn but would add, if you've never previously used cock rings, go with one that has some stretch NOT ridgid like metal.

I have used cock rings and Viagra with no issue From a sample of one you can't extrapolate - but I'm not sure where the danger would come from.
