I don't know if this counts, but I made a liberator type wedge out of sheets of foam I had. It came out pretty good considering, but it took so long to make it that I think it might just be worth buying it.

i've just added some tethers to my bed/walls/ that's about as Macgyver as i get, cuz we're rough. i don't trust a whole lot to stand up to our craziness, lol!
We have a glider rocker with matching ottoman that we purchased way back when my wife was nursing our youngest child.
We didn't adapt it in anyway, but we did discover it to be quite versatile as it is. She gets on her knees on top of the ottoman, then she leans forward onto the chair for balance and support. In this position her ass is sticking up beautifully. It is perfect for standing doggie style. I can glide her back and forth at will. In fact, we've banged up the wall a bit and pretty much worn out the bushings on the chair. Good times!
