Just wondering if anyone here has adapted normal furniture in any way to get better positions or create different items out of household items/appliances to help with some creative sexual techniques. Do we have any MacGyver's here?
What "normal" furniture have you adapted to help increase sexual pleasure?

We have a glider rocker with matching ottoman that we purchased way back when my wife was nursing our youngest child.
We didn't adapt it in anyway, but we did discover it to be quite versatile as it is. She gets on her knees on top of the ottoman, then she leans forward onto the chair for balance and support. In this position her ass is sticking up beautifully. It is perfect for standing doggie style. I can glide her back and forth at will. In fact, we've banged up the wall a bit and pretty much worn out the bushings on the chair. Good times!

In our sexercise room, we have a padded inclining/reclining exercise bench that is crazy versatile for naughty excercise.
Similar to this:
The back can be raised to an upright position or reclined all the way back to where your head is almost at floor level.
We have found it to be great for countless positions.
It is also perfect for bondage play and strapping toys to.
