I'm looking at both of these and would also be interested responses. Both wife and I have arthritis and back issues and looking for something to take some of the strain off our backs.

The Ramp is so awesome. It gives you great support, not only for sex, but anything you'd want to sit up for (watching TV in bed).

I just did my first review on the combo. It is awesome. It makes sex much more comfortable and gives you new ways to try the same old positions. And favorite position for me is when I lay on my side with legs on the end going up and my husband is on his knees behind me. So nice and hits all the good spots.
