How much do they help with positioning? I am 5'2 and my husband is 6'7 so we have some barriers in positions.

There's some information in reviews about that that could help you decide which one is best for you. Each of them has different perks to it and it all depends on the positions you're interested in. I only have the Jaz, but I know they're all really useful.
