Whichever it is, something small. Maybe the one that is closer to size of a finger. That said I think a small bead toy would be best starter. Then a plug for variety.

It all depends on what you want out of the experience. If you want to wear something for a prolonged period of time, I think the plug would be ideal for this. If you just want some variety while you orgasm, I'd choose the beads. Also, I think the beads work better with a partner, only because the partner can remove them either as you are in the throes of your orgasm or after the big "O".
