What you want to look at is a vibrator mounted at the tip of the toy. It looks like most of those have the vibe down towards the neck, so it's right at the anus.

These all have vibes close to the base - making them mostly anus/p-spot vibes. If you want something that has a vibe in the head or top - I'd suggest looking at traditional vibes with a flared base.

I think you'd be better off buying a probe or a G-spot toy than a vibrating plug for what you're looking for.
