Anyone know if this fits narrow hips well?

I've got pretty thin hips, 30-ish. It seems these things always have a "fits up to" but not a "down to" measurement. I've had a difficult time with harnesses in the part that were too big.

I'm assuming the straps on the side are the area that's adjustable. It looks like if you shrunk it in all the way on those, it would be smaller than 30". I'm not sure whether that would be the right proportions, though.

I have the opposite problem, I have the wide child-birthin' hips, the joy... but anyway, getting to my point: a lot of times with my hips even if it says fits up to a size similar to mine it might actually not because of my personal shape because of, well, everyone being a little unique and my own proportions, most often I actually have no choice but to try it.

I'd have to suggest just trying it, or if not getting this exact one, get a similar one at a moderate price that you wouldn't mind paying to try it on and it's adjustable capabilities. To me from the description and photographs it does look like it would slink down small enough, though if you are super slender, like smooth lines and not quite a pear or apple shape in the hip/waist, it may slip down your hips no matter what you do, like a belt.

All in all be careful and double check the return policy if you intend to buy it just in case. I hope this was helpful, and if not I apologize.

I'm going to see if I can info from the companies on a few I'm looking at. I have a feeling it will all come down to checking the return policy like you said.

this is right up there with "one size fits all" WE ARE ALL DIFFERENT SIZES! what is average? who decides? and if its an "average" then mathematically that would imply that there are those smaller and bigger, not just the one direction. ugh.

sorry for the rant, frustrated with my body shape, lack thereof. that's could be a whole different post.

Only one size fits all stuff I trust is either super stretchy or all adjustable straps (like the bras that are super-tiny and not meant to support). Anything else isn't really one size fits all... Heck, sometimes even the super stretchy stuff is made too big for me unstretched, which is a paaaaaaaaaain.

Wearing underwear both underneath and then over it can help to provide a better and more secure fit. This is how I wear my latex strap on, but of course I have wider hips than more narrow ones like yours.
