The review you linked to says it's made of silicone, but the product page says it's PVC. So I wouldn't get it based on the material.

I'd read all the reviews, compare the similar products, and decide from there in order to make the most educated choice so you get a toy you can love rather than just one someone else loves. You got to consider your material preferences, your personal preferences, and the reviews when you decide on a new toy!
