Determining battery type and charging method is difficult. Usually you have to ask the manufacturer regarding type. The best battery would be lithium. But, very few available. So, what does one do to get the most life out of your luxury toy's battery. If you don't know battery type, you are best to use a battery until it is depleted or out of charge. Then you will want to charge it completely. It is bad to leave a battery discharged, or partially charged for any long length of time. This is what can cause "memory" issues. A memory issue causes your toy to no longer charge, or it will only hold a short charge. The term memory is used due to the battery creating a new/fully charged marker which is false. It's a charge state which is usually unrecoverable.
