So, I had gotten some glass ben wa balls a few months ago from here. ( I'll put pic in comments) I have the fifty shades of grey kegel balls too and I've used those alot. They have a cradle the balls go in and a pull string on it. Back to topic, can anyone ease my mind on using the ben wa balls as they are loose and I'm nervous to actually use them! Does anyone have any advice on how you use yours? I'm afraid they are going to get lost or stuck inside lol

In spite of the fact that the vagina can become bigger with arousing, it's a restricted area anyway, and there is no place for balls to get lost. Of course if not use them anally, but I'm sure you won't do that.
Indeed, taking them out could be tricky and require a bit of effort due to the fact there is no string to make this process easier. But anyway, these balls are amazing Kegel exercisers, and you made a great purchase!

So I nervously tried these out tonight while my husband was home. He acted more freaked out about me trying them than I was.
I got over my fear of them. Although I did get nervous about getting the second ball out.
