I quite like the Renew toy cleaner. But I usually just use anti-bacterial liquid soap.

Climax Burst link, apply to your toy, wait 30 seconds and rinse. My first bottle lasted for two months, used it three or four times a week.

I wash everything with soap and water but if I'm in a pinch or choose to wash something twice (just to be careful), I use Better Sex Essentials Toy Cleaner.

I keep buying the one from Cal Exotics, even though I have to be careful with it because I'm allergic to it. (Not a skin reaction, it gives me an asthma attack if I get a whiff of it, because I'm apparently allergic to the active ingredient. However, I have a leather care product with the same ingredient, which causes the same problem, but which is also the only leather care product that could clear up some serious mildew issues I encountered a few years back, so I trust it to work.)

Climax Burst is the only thing I use. LOVE the stuff.

I use Wet Ones wipes (or CVS's equivalent). If they're actually dirty (not just wet, you know what I mean?), I use hot water then a wipe.

Oops, I should also add that unscented baby wipes, alcohol wipes, and a 10% bleach solution all have their place in my cleaning practices, as well as just plain old soapy water. And of course thorough rinsing is vital -- you don't want bleach or alcohol or antibacterial soap on your nether regions.

Soap and water, often dishwashing detergent (seems to be easier to get clean, especially if there's oil on toys). Occasional spray-down with 10% bleach or excursion to the "Spa pour les sex toys, la cuisine"

I use Purpose Soap. Its basically made for any skin type so its pretty mild and safe. Smells pretty decent when your washing but really no smell after.

Dawn Dish Soap...people can't believe it but it cleans the toys great and never had a issue with it so far. I just make sure to wash in clean water till the smell is gone.

Can all toys handle soap and water, alcohol wipes, and bleach?

I'd be cautious with the alcohol, but it's certainly fine on metal and glass.
