I have not yet experienced this horror. But I wouldn't say that all my toys were that "great" either, if you know what I mean.
If it ever were to happen, I know the people at EF would be more then happy to help in rectifying such a situation.

I recieved a broken one but just sent it right back and it took about a week and a half for a new one to arrive. They have an excellent return policy.

I got the High Intensity Bullet through the facebook promotion free, and it broke after only 3 days
I sent it back in for "exchange" and they refunded the shipping fee to me like it had been "returned". I called them and the girl on the phone yesterday said they would send a new one out today......
So ya! The customer service at EF is great. But a warning when sending things in for exchange, the procedure is a bit tricky and you may want to follow-up.

I have twice. Once I was told I was out of luck. The second time I was told I could send the toy back in, but it's out of stock and has been for a LONG time so I just dealt with it (a bullet is replaceable).

I've never received a broken toy from EF but I have have had a broken bullet from another company. I wrote them an email explaining my situation and they sent a new product and were very nice about it. Hope you don't get any broken toys! Nothing more sad than waiting all that time just to send it back.

I've had one or two that just didn't seem to work right, so I sent in a support ticket. One I returned, the other I exchanged for another one, and when I got it, it seemed to have the same problem.

My most recent purchase came with a toy that was a little broken and they let me exchange it no problem.

I've never had one arrive broken, no. However, I had one that quit working well within the first month. I sent in a support ticket, and within about 24 hours I was given all the info to exchange it. The exchange went beautifully. I was really, really pleased!

It's a pain to send things back, but EF makes it free to send it back, and then they'll happily get you another product or exchange your product too. One of my books, right in the middle, restarted from page one! Oh man, that was so sad. EF took really great care of it though, and I have a book now that I read from front-to-back with no issues.
