No, not really. You need something with a flared base for anal. They make a bunch of specific vibrators for anal. It would be ok to us a bullet on the outside but not a great idea for insertion.

Is the reason that it is not a good idea because they may get lost in the anal cavity or a health issue?

They could get lost. I would not chance it. That would be horrible. On a sidenote I would also stick to silicone for anal because it is non-porous.Also never use a toy on a vagina after it's been used anally without properly sanitizing it. Porous materials can't be sanitized.

Please do not use a bullet vibe anally.

I guess inserting bullets or eggs into the anus is not a good idea because they don't have a flared base that prevents slipping a toy into your body. And if it is sucked inside, it will be extremely hard to take it out.

Using toys specifically designed for anal play is a better and far safer bet to my mind. Their shapes enable easy insertion and help to hold a toy in. Besides, anal toys normally have a wide base or ring that don't let a toy to get lost inside your bowel.

If you'd like to add buzzing to your anal session, I'd recommend using vibrating butt plugs and not risking with bullets or eggs. There are numerous options of vibrating anal plugs, beads and probes of any size and texture, and I'm sure you'll be able to find products that will fit you perfectly!
