I don't have a problem with my Bubbles. I smooth out the cord and plug it into the wall socket close to my nightstand, put the toy with the charging end facing the edge of the nightstand and attach the magnetic charger onto the toy, the charger cord is left hanging in midair without any obstacles touching it. Just make sure the FUN word on the charger attaches over the FUN word on the base of your toy at the exact position, the light will come on to show it's charging.

Hope that helps.

Maybe contact Fun factory. It's possible they have some tips or worse case, if you got a dud, maybe they can replace it.

I agree with liilii080, it sounds like there's an issue with your cord or with the toy

Hmm. I've never, ever had a problem with any of my FunFactory toys and the Click 'n' Charge line. I know some people have issues because they try to connect the magnetic charger backwards, but like other people have suggested, try contacting FunFactory. It's possible that they may have suggestions to make your experience much easier.

I had problems gettting the magnet to sit just right on the connection. I would find it let go and it would shift and lose the connection... I passed it on to someone else. LOL (not because of the charging)

Perhaps it's got to do with the wires in the cord being frayed or something. ): That's really unfortunate, that line of toys looks amazing! At least you can still get it to work, just be gentle with it. And perhaps they can replace it as well, just contact the company.

Contact Fun Factory, I'm pretty sure you have a messed up cord. My click n charge is a bit finicky but not nearly what you've described. I'm sure if you contact them they'll fix it for you.
