Near as I've been able to tell, literally the only difference is that they're coated in different materials. Nea is a smooth shiny plastic while Lily has a more velvety matte silicone covering. The only difference you should be able to feel is the same difference between anything that's plastic vs anything that's coated in silicone or velvet cote.

it´s seens a little different but because they all are different colors but i guess they work the same

if I remember correctly quite a while ago carrie ann did a comparison video for the lily and the nea and said that they were the same except for the texture, and since she had them both right there, I would venture to say that that is the only difference.
