It says "splashproof" as opposed to "waterproof". I'd be worried about inserting the controls if it's not fully sealed...

That doesn't sound like a good idea. If you want a butt plug with a tail by an actual butt plug, they make some of them with tails attached.

I suppose that technically it could, but I wouldn't advise putting the part with the button inside you, it would be tricky to clean.
