Defective Sqweel?

Hi everybody,
I just got my Sqweel 2 today and I was really excited, but I'm a bit confused. I put the batteries in, checked it out, etc. but it's just... not working? The batteries are in BUT the tongues won't rotate at all. Like, there is nothing going on with the toy at all except for the fact that it just turns on and off. What gives? Am I doing something wrong? Do I have to send it back?

If it's turning on, but not rotating, it sounds like it may be defective. You can create an easy return from this page, or feel free to give customer service a call/support ticket, and they can set it up for you. You can create an exchange, refund to original form of payment, or refund in the form of store credit. The shipping both ways is covered!

I have this toy myself, and love it!

Oh, I just thought of something, check to make sure that the switch is in the lock position. I'm out of batteries, and I don't recall it affecting it, but it's worth checking.
