does anyone know what the diameter of the opening to go on the nipple is?? my nipps are on the larger size, don't want to get this if it won't fit

The inside diameter of the bulb is 1.2 Centimeter or 1/2 inch. The inside diameter of the 4 rings is 1 CM or .4 inches
