Thoughts on Using Different Batteries?

I was just wondering if folks made a practice of trying different batteries with toys when they at first seem weak. I have several toys that decrease in power when used with rechargeable batteries, and I was just reading some very conflicting reviews about the power level of a line of vibes, and thought that might be an issue. Thoughts?

I do. I tried alkaline batteries with my rabbit, and it was kinda slow, and soft. Then I put in the Lithium Energizer batteries, and well, it took off. Extremely fast and super loud. Kinda made my hand numb.

That's an interesting idea. I haven't thought of doing that before, but I might in the future.
