I've heard of people doing this but I haven't really found out if they do. And I don't mean just calling it by the name manufacturers gave it, I mean like nicknames. So do you? Why or why not?

No, I don't normally name my toys, but as I was reading this post, a few nicknames for a few of my toys popped into my head, so it wouldn't be hard TO nickname them, but I just don't.

I have a couple of toys I've nicknamed, but I for the others I call them whatever their packaging calls them.

I generally do not name them, but my husband does. I think he gets a kick out of asking me "Do you want me and Mr Pinky screw you?".

I have a few ones I've named, most notably a big floppy dong named "Aldus Snow" and a tongue shaped vibrator named "Gene" after Mr. Simmons. All of my named toys are named after rock stars.

Some of them have nicknames, but I do not name them very often.

I only call them what the manufacturer calls them. Unless it's something that just doesn't sound like a name. I call my Lucid Dream vibe "the purple one". Although, I did nickname Little Gold "goldie". But that isn't too big of a jump.

All my dildos and vibrator have names! Never use to name them but my playmate likes to give them a name each....hehehe. I think its cute.
