I have one from Cal Exotics and it works for its intended purpose, which is to increase blood flow to the area and make things super sensitive. They aren't really meant to simulate oral sex, although something sort of pleasant can be achieved with it, with a fair bit of patience, if you really must.

I really like mine. I think regular use increases blood flow to the area, but you have to be careful not to use too much suction or be hard on the tissue.

I have the pink Doc Johnson one (listed on amazon, and not on EF). I tried one before it that had a cup that was way too big (you have to have an airtight seal, and when there is a gap it is impossible to use). But the Doc Johnson one is the right size.

I put a bit of lube around the rim of the pump and then pump it as much as I can without it hurting. And it makes a big difference! My lips swell with blood and feel much more sensitive.
