For the most part I trust Jopen, but I've stayed away from the Vr4 because reviews have said the arm is weak.

YEP! I agree. Even Jopen Vr8 wasn't that impressive. So all companies have ups and downs.

For dildos, I trust Tantus and Vixen Creations. Dildos in general are easier to judge by appearance than vibrators are.

For vibes, the reviews are very important. Much as I love Fun Factory, I didn't pay any attention to the reviews before getting the UFO, and wound up disappointed. It's not a horrible toy, but if I could do it again I'd spend the money on something else.
