It feels like an electric toothbrush. My concern is if it could cause any damage when you hold it directly against the penis. What happens for example when such a strongly vibrating tip is pressed against a blood vessel on the shaft which is directly under the skin could this hurt the blood vessel or could it disrupt the blood flow?
