I personally only have C cups and I got the XL. I'd suggest if you have bigger try getting the bigger size. You gotta stretch the lace a lot, or I did even with the XL even being a size L in normal shirts, so I would think if you're not stick thin, the big sizes would be good since you can tighten the back.

There are no underwires in this one (see my review), so with the lacing you can tighten it up as much as needed up top.
