Hello everyone! I have just gotten these in the post and noticed a curious line in the instructions manual. " Luna beads are a kegel exercising aid, yet if bought for pleasure there are more detailed tips and tricks at lelo.com on how to get the most of your purchase." I searched the website and couldn't find any uses other than with kegels! Aside from wearing them during intercourse, does anyone have any suggestions on how to use Luna beads with a more erotic goal? Thanks for the advice!

There's absolutely no chance that they will get lost inside of you. It's not physically possible to do that, wearing them vaginally. Plenty of Ben Wa balls and kegel exercisers don't have chords to pull them out--they're just balls that are inserted and kept in place with your vaginal muscles. When you want them out, you simply push them out with those muscles. Perfectly safe, and perfectly painless. I have the Luna Beads, and I love them. I'd recommend them to anyone.

Same here, I use the Luna beads without the harness, even prefer it that way. Just do't tense up when trying to extract them, that is after your gal to tense your muscles to strengthen them. Just relax and push, the'll come out, just don't panic. I have had on occasion had to give one a nudge with my finger but not much.
