Cords seem like they would be such a hindrance, and the mini just looks like it's inconveniently tiny.

According to the best reviews for the rechargeable fairy, a full charge lasts about 30 mins after you have to charge it for a long time. I'd go for the mini wand. However, all three have reviews that call them buzzy. The Fairies seem to have very high frequency vibration, which can make them buzzy and numbing. It can be great if you enjoy that kind of vibration.

I like the rechargables personally, unless I feel that it's a toy that I really want some super power, then I'm okay with corded. My suggestion is to take into consideration how long you think you may use it in one session. We never stick to one toy during playtime unless we're strapped for time, so a 30 minute charge is enough for me.

The rechargeable has the same size and power as the mini, but it can also go cordless. There's really no difficulty in choosing there. I've heard bad things about the buzziness of the smaller ones.

I have the larger sized fairy wand massager. So far it's just "ok" for me. I am surely thinking of getting the baby one. It's so popular. And cheap! I love sharing and reaping the rewards. Also drives a lot of business from adventurous friends.

The rechargeable's battery is widely reported to be kind of meh, although I understand it considering how strong the toy is.

However, that battery life just isn't long enough to be worth it to me.

Of those, I'd take the Mini. But, woo, those went out of stock fast.

I recently got to hold each of these and plat with them at the ANE show in Las Vegas during AVN's expo. I actually put in an order on the rechargeable wand while there! The USB powered one does NOT come with the wall adapter, just so you're aware of that. But, even the tiny Fairy Baby packs quite a "punch"! Whichever you choose, you'll be very happy.

If you go for power get the Hitachi instead of the Fairy Mini, as Fairies tend to get stuck on one speed after a while...

I picked the Rechargeable Fairy because it can be charged with USB...

And before you think that it isn't such a big thing, and know everything about USB, you will probably have a big smile on when you read my review about E-sensual Bullet, explaining it in a very detailed way as well why USB toys are the most versatile thing ever!
