Silicone - but stay away from the watch battery vibes that come with some silicone vibes - those vibes are worthless - even though the dildos are pretty good. It seems that some companies that designed nice dildos had an afterthought to add vibes - it doesn't work. Most of the best silicone vibes are re-chargeable - making them fairly expensive - but worth the investment.

Anything soft with a bit of give. I can't handle being rammed into with something hard. I like the feeling of fullness and the drag on each thrust.
