I can't orgasm at ALL from mine. The back and forth movement just doesn't work for me. It doesn't feel at all like vibrations, so if she's happy with how vibrations feel then it may not end up being worth the cost. I know a ton of people really love it, but it was such a waste of money for me. I'll stick to things that vibrate from now on.
