Fun Factory G4 Click n' Charge question - when is it done charging?

Hey everyone, my brand new G4 Patchy Paul is charging up for the first time. The manual says that the head of the click n charge connector has a light that will turn off when the charging is done, but it's been charging over a day now, uninterrupted, and all that happens is the light will slowly pulse, not turn off. Does anyone have experience with the G4 Fun Factory products that they can confirm how you can tell when charging is complete? Is my product borked, or is the manual mistaken? None of the above?
Thanks for any help!

I think the light that changes (from red to green) is actually on the charger (where it attaches to the outlet). There is a red light when charging, and it turns green when done. I didn't understand that for a while either.

Thanks for the reply.
My charger has a red led on the plug that goes into the wall outlet, that lights up once it's plugged into the wall, regardless of what is happening with the charger. Haven't seen it change colors or turn off unless removed from the wall.

It seems the "Fun" logo on the magnetic end doesn't pulse/glow when charging the toy after the toy has run for a little bit of time, it just is steady and bright. So it might be safe to say that it starts to pulse/glow when charging is done, if it weren't for the directions saying so explicitly that the light "turns off" when done charging. Here's what the manual says:

"The FUN logo’s red light on the magnetic plug indicates when the vibrator has been charged. The “red light” switches off as soon as the process is complete. The toy is now totally charged and the »FUN Magnetic
Plug« can be removed from the vibrator."

Anyone else with any experience or thoughts?

Well, I have the Delight Click-n-charge and pretty much all I notice is that the light on the actual plug that goes into the wall turns from red to green. It can take a super long time, though. I think it's a wonky design anyway!

Hi, this is happening to mine too. It never stops charging & the light just seems to flicker after awhile. the light on wall socket part doesn't charge to green on mine either btw.

I took it back to the store yesterday; I'm waiting for them to check it out, and will let you know if anything useful comes from it.

Hey Everyone! I have some resolution to share, finally.
I got in touch with Fun Factory customer support through their website (contact at funfactory dot com), and ended up that the charger I had was defective - a known defect with a group of chargers.

Fun Factory sent me out a new charger free of charge, it now lights up steadily when charging (light on the magnetic end), and the light turns out completely when done charging.

I highly recommend anyone with the same situation with their charger email customer support and let them know.

Happy playing, everyone!

I have the Paul and if the charger is working normally, the light is red while charging and turns off when it's done! Hope that helps!
