The obvious answer s both! Once I learned to give my wife 'blended' orgasms - my job security skyrocketed!
Seriously - there isn't anything wrong with a clitoral orgasm - but for my wife it was one-and-done because of the intensity. Once we added internal orgasm - she's able to just roll on-and-on. She says she either looses count - or they are just one large rolling orgasms that last for several minuets instead of a few second peak.
