Got my Gigi, but....

...it wasn't the color I ordered. I ordered the blue one, but apparently it came through as me ordering the pink one? I remember selecting the blue one and had the blue one in my cart, but the order number changed to the pink one.... Was it out of stock? Plus it wasn't precharged when I got it, isn't it supposed to be?

I want to try it, but due to my birth control, my libido has taken a hike, now I have to wait until it comes back after going off it. *grumble grumble*

Anyone else had similar issues with orders before?

Contact customer support on Monday. So long as you don't use it, you should be able to exchange it.

That should always be your first step, rather than using the forums.

LELO toys need to be charged prior to the first use. They may, sometimes, have some charge but a full charge is unlikely.

Okay. I found the return form, filled it out, packaged it up, sent it back. Plus when I did try to charge it, it only took 30 minutes to fully charge, but I always heard it took 2 hours. But the light was not blinking, and then it died about 2 minutes after being on and messed with the various settings. (Just seeing what the settings were, never actually used it.) I think it might have been defective as well. Just my luck!

I hope this all goes smoothly and I get the pretty blue one I wanted. (And I hope it works.)
