I had a head of toothbrush for this purpose for clitoral stimulation before (not mixed with brushing my teeth!) It actually worked really well (I had a powerful toothbrush), really well and that's become my standard for finding a good clit vibrator toy.

I did when I was younger. I was bored one day and kept playing with my toothbrush, when I started to wonder what the vibrations would feel like. This was before I even heard about toys. I knew about outfits, not toys.
