I’ve charged up the device and followed all the instructions and the toy itself clearly works because I can control it directly but whenever I try to use it with the remote, all the remote does is flash its light on and off. Is there some connection step or something I’ve missed? I’ve tried with the device on and off, pressing and/or holding buttons on the remote, and following the instructions to use it with the remote but the remote has not been able to control it, all it does is flash it’s light on and off.

To activate the vibrator, hold the power button down for three seconds or until the LED light flashes. Then quickly press the top wavy button on the remote to turn on the top motor. To turn on the bottom motor, quickly press the lower button on the remote.
