I just recently saved up for the Tantus O2 Adam and I ordered him earlier tonight I had been drooling over it for a long time.

I'm a trust fund baby, so it'd like, I don't have to save, I have plenty of money... but if I want something I'd rather wait a while and see if I can review it or use whatever EF points I have stored up. I hate spending money when its not on clothes or gas..

I generally use my points and affiliate commissions every month to buy the toys I want so, I guess, you could say I save for a month then get what I can when affiliate pay out time comes around.

My wife wants the Liberator wedge, so I've been saving up for that.

I'm pretty much the same as Carrie Ann except I do it more than once a month.

So like 2 weeks.

I've had the commission/point/mulla for everything on my wishlist at one point or another (meaning any single item) but my level of want for items on my wishlist changes month to month.

Same as Carrie Ann and Lauren here, but I don't really have to wait for payout times, I have a few dollars always sitting in my account, which can always cover what I want at the time. Not much but enough.

I have been saving up for the cobra libre for several months now. hopefully I can get it in the next couple weeks.

Then I will be saving up for a very realistic Japanese masturbator,

I put 3% of my income into a separate account that's just for buying fun stuff that I don't really "need." Not just toys, but I use that account for buying makeup and concert tickets and things like that.

I usually don't notice it's "gone" since I put the money in the account as soon as I deposit my paycheck. It usually ends up being $50-75 a month so I can usually get most things I want within a couple of months.

If I want it, I get it but within reason. I either have the money and buy it, or I don't and usually forget about it. I guess I've never seen any toy worth saving for months to get. I can typically find something I love that's within my price range at the time.

I could certainly afford to buy whatever I wanted whenever. (At least when it comes to toys. I can't on a whim buy like 20 cars and a racehorse with my pocket change or anything.) However, I prefer to keep my online toy purchases relatively small so they aren't noticed, and for brick and mortar cash purchases, I'm looking at a really long drive, so generally I'm not saving up money so much as waiting for a good window of opportunity shipping wise, and currently I'm saving up points for the next order more for the invisibility factor.

So far the most expensive toy I ever bought was $12 so I didn't have to save up for that!

Many of the items I want are well over $100, so it takes me a while to save for them. I save up points for over a month (usually not quite two months) and I also use gift certificates. I have a long wish list and am continuously re-prioritizing it! It's hard to decide amongst all the items on your wish list when you can only get one item at a time -- and when you are getting them few and far between, time-wise!

Ditto here, though at times the guys will crack open a wallet and shell out a few bucks. Generally though depending on the expensiveness of the toy it can be 3 months or more. Considering I have well over 100 toys currently it's not such a bad thing to have to work for a few more. LOL

I usually get to excited and I don't think I could wait any longer than two weeks. My boyfriend and I are pretty impulsive shoppers.

I don't generally tend to save, but rather I look out for special offers, which balances out my impulsivity!

I usually will save for about a month... It all depends on how much I want to toy and how expensive it happens to be.

Before joining Eden, we wouldn't buy toys very often. I also was much more sexually repressed before. Now, since joining EF, I've saved my points for a few weeks for some things. But we're a mostly single income family who doesn't get to have much extra money, so the points are great for us.

I just received my Pleasure Sling, some toy cleaner, shaving stuff, and a Christmas present for my sister that I saved points and gift cards for!

REALLY wanted the bimini ocean, and it was in the 70's for a price, saved 10 buck a week for it for about a month and then it went on sale for 46 I think it was and by using my points and ten bucks I got it. I'm a nurse so I'm not poor but I am frugal and money conscious.

It took me many months to save up for some of the expensive glass Phallix toys I have bought. Luckily most of them are really awesome I did just get a taste of what Tuesday talks about when she says it is a gamble when you order Phallix toys- Mr. Goldenrod is very tiny compared to what the site shows. Very disappointed at $90 on sale

I've come to appreciate higher quality toys which means a higher price tag. It generally takes me a couple of months to pull together the money for a toy.

I'm kind of an "other" in this one - I enjoy the anticipation of saving up for my toys. While I do have the money to buy them outright, I'd rather spend it on other things, since I don't have to buy them outright immediately. And saving up for it also gives time to enjoy the new addition before getting another.
