Personally I would choose the Form 4 as a gift, but I'm also not experienced with ones such as the Form 6, the 4 just seems a little less intimidating to someone getting a luxury vibrator for the first time

It's not in the options but I'd choose Eroscillator for myself. It gets rave reviews and it's versatile. It's also as expensive as all the toys I have combined.
From the choices you presented I'd pick Form 6. Form 2 tends to get stuck in certain positions and the 3 doesn't appeal to me. Form 4 looks the most promising of the set but it's not in the poll.
