Incorrect Info on Product Page

The Slim Smooth Delight product page says that it takes 2 AA batteries and has a dial base, when it actually takes 2 AAA batteries and has push button controls.

What should we do when product page information is incorrect? Submit a support ticket?

I believe in the past we have been asked to submit a support ticket when we find incorrect information on the product page.

What matters is that the customer is able to ask the questions that they need and get their answers. So don't feel bad about having a bunch of support tickets in

I always hope that they respond to questions about orders, and other pressing concerns first... and then just get to our questions about product page info and stock stuff after all the important stuff is taken care of. I would feel bad if my questions were interrupting anybody's order... but I feel like they must do a pretty good job of sorting that, because the two times I've had questions about my order they responded lightening-fast.

I'm sure you're right. I have one outstanding about a glitch with the mentor program (my student submitted her second review and it automatically ended the class and *didn't* graduate her...I never even got to look at the review, let alone decide about her graduation!) and one about the EdenTasks program. They actually have already answered my ticket about this item's product page info! I would consider that less pressing than the botched mentor class...LOL

Oh well Gotta try to be patient...not one of my strong suits.

I got both of your tickets in my inbox this morning, and both are already handled! Since we're only here 9-5 EST, M-F we kindly ask for 24 hours to respond. I appreciate your catching the error, and the team is already fixing it.

The review ticket was passed on to the online team, who handles those programs, so they should be in touch shortly regarding the review.
