Has anyone had trouble getting it to work. Mine isnt defective because it worked when I got it so I don't know what's up.

mine stopped working after a week or so too! I've been wondering if it just needs a new battery, because who knows how much juice the one that came with it had. I'll be buying one soon.

Mine wouldn't turn off and had only one power intensity. just had to switch the battery around.
