Yes they are good. I've had mine for 4-5 months. I haven't had any problem with it. I really squirm and nothing has broke or torn from me moving. Plus they're very easy to hide, i tuck mine under my mattress and nobody knows that their there.

just got mine....i will followup...seems like it will hold up, also like that you can use your own cuffs/ties if you don't like the ones it comes with
