**I've gone through all the reviews and pictures already posted and couldn't find anything about this**
I was so excited to finally get my hands on a Jopen Vanity toy and then I noticed how big the seam is around it, when it's meant to be "virtually seamless". I expected a small seam but this is quite noticeable. Then I noticed on the smaller end, right at the very tip, there's a nick in the silicone. Almost like they chopped off too much when it came out of the mould.
It's pretty rough to the touch and I had this as a buyout assignment so I quickly sent a support ticket about this and my assignment was cancelled.
Since I'm in Canada though, returns are such a hassle and so expensive that I'm wondering if anyone else has had a similar problem with any of their Vanity toys.
Also, my pouch is just solid black. Every review I've ever read has had a pouch with "Jopen" written on it. Mine doesn't. I just thought that was weird. Anyone else have this?
